Conservation period

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore:

Types of data processed and purposes of processing

Navigation data

Data processing is carried out by appointed personnel with the aid of electronic tools and, in the case of the automatic dispatch of periodic information (e.g. newsletter subscription) with automated methods: more precisely, in this case the appointed personnel will enter the e-mail address provided by the User in the Controller’s mailing list; the subsequent dispatch of communications will be fully automated. The User’s data may also be communicated to third parties appointed by the Data Controller in the event that this is necessary to perform the service requested. The Owner adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
